This position will suit a candidate with previous experience in a lodge who works well under pressure, is creative, enthusiastic, organized and can think independently
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Chef/Culinary/hospitality qualification advantageous
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience as Executive Chef/ Head Chef
- Previous experience with cooking European dishes
- Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
- Computer literate
- Valid driver’s license
