MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 
  • Chef/Culinary/hospitality qualification advantageous
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience as Executive Chef/ Head Chef
  • Previous experience with cooking European dishes
  • Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
  • Computer literate
  • Valid driver’s license
