MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Agricultural Diploma highly advantageous
• Min of 3 years previous vegetable farm management experience
• Previous experience working with markets and retailers advantageous
• Irrigation management experience
• Ground preparation and maintenance of irrigation equipment
• Being mechanically orientated with ability to assist with repairs of implements
• Strong record keeping skills
• Ability to work with and manage a team effectively
• Valid driver’s licence
