Piet Retief Area, Mpumalanga Province – South Africa: Seeking a dedicated, hardworking, and reliable Milk Factory Manager to oversee the daily operations of the milk processing plant on a well-established Jersey dairy farm in Mpumalanga.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Previous experience managing a milk processing or dairy factory.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Hardworking, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of dairy processing, quality assurance, and food safety standards.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills will be an advantage.
• Valid driver's licence preferred.

 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
 

• Manage all aspects of the milk processing facility.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and quality control.
• Supervise and motivate factory staff.
• Monitor production efficiency and maintain processing equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and dairy industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
• Work closely with the farm management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
