MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous
• Min of 5 years relevant field farming/farm management experience
• Experience in managing the size and complexity of the operation.
• Excellent communication & data management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving & attitude.
• Must exhibit excellent operational problem-solving skills; focusing on solutions and proactively finding solutions.
• Computer literate
• Ability to lead and work with a team
• Strong leadership skills
• Proven ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Maintenance and mechanically orientated
