MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous
• Minimum of five years' relevant experience
• Hands-on fertiliser blending experience being non-negotiable
• Computer literate
• Must have ownership mentality
• Strong management skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Valid driver’s licence
