Magaliesburg Area, Gauteng Province – South Africa: Seeking an experienced, responsible, and hands-on Broiler Farm Manager to oversee the overall operation and management of the broiler farm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• 3–5 years’ experience in broiler farming.
• Proven experience in farm and staff management.
• Good organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage farm operations independently

 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
 

• Oversee the overall daily operations of the farm.
• Ensure proper management and maintenance of all farm equipment and chicken houses.
• Monitor chicken house conditions and ensure proper broiler management practices.
• Supervise, manage, and coordinate farm staff.
• Manage staff attendance, wages, and related wage records.
• Ensure accurate farm bookings, records, and reporting.
• Maintain farm standards, cleanliness, biosecurity, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure that company procedures and farming protocols are followed.
