Mazabuka Area, Southern Province – Zambia: A dynamic Banana Plantation Manager is required to join the team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous
• Must have knowledge in growing crops and fruits
• Previous banana plantation experience advantageous
• Proven experience of managing all planning / ordering / implementing of agricultural practices in the fertilizer and herbicides related to this field
• Proven ability to work with and manage staff
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Maintenance and mechanically orientated
• Computer literate 
• Valid passport
• Valid driver’s license
