We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Accountant with strong technical expertise and a solid grasp of financial reporting standards. In this role, you’ll manage month-end and year-end processes, prepare accurate financial statements, ensure compliance, and support audits. You’ll also play a key role in enhancing reporting efficiency and providing insights to support business performance. This position offers good exposure, growth opportunities, and collaboration with senior stakeholders.

• Diploma / BCom / CA(SA) or equivalent
• 2–3+ years in an accounting or finance role
• Property or real estate experience advantageous
• Own the full accounting function across the portfolio
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
• Handle VAT, tax submissions, and statutory compliance
• Drive process improvements and identify efficiencies
