We are on the lookout for a forward-thinking Head of Finance to lead and evolve the finance function. You’ll combine technical excellence with strategic thinking—overseeing financial operations, strengthening controls, and driving continuous improvement across systems and processes. This role offers the opportunity to lead transformation, influence strategy, and work closely with executive leadership in a fast-moving environment.

• Diploma / BCom / CA(SA) or equivalent
• 4–5 years in an accounting/finance environment
• 2–3 years managerial experience
• Lead and mentor the accounting team
• Manage tenant finance disputes, billing queries, and utility recoveries
• Engage proactively with municipalities to resolve billing anomalies
• Provide internal financial consultancy and strategic input
• Ensure compliance, governance, and financial reporting integrity
