We are seeking a commercially astute Business Manager – Property Assets who brings a strong blend of practical portfolio management expertise and solid legal acumen. In this role, you’ll take ownership of key functions including lease negotiations, tenant dispute resolution, asset performance reporting, and driving operational efficiencies. This is a high-impact position offering broad exposure, performance-based incentives, and close collaboration with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.

• Diploma / BCom | Legal background highly advantageous
• 4–5 years in property, asset, or business management
• 2–3 years managerial experience
• Oversee day-to-day management of the commercial/residential property portfolio
• Draft, review, and negotiate lease agreements and related contracts
• Manage tenant relationships, onboarding, and dispute resolution
• Ensure compliance with the Rental Housing Act, POPI Act, and by-laws
• Work with the finance team on billing, recoveries, and budgets
