• BCom Finance, BCom Honours Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Mathematical Finance or BSc Quantitative Finance
• 0 - 2 years' experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Financial modelling capability
• Valuation and financial statement analysis exposure
• Investment research or quantitative analysis experience advantageous
• Strong academic track record
• CFA Level I completed or in progress advantageous
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
• Direct mentorship from Senior Director level
• Exposure to institutional property transactions
• Involvement in live deals from day one
• Performance-related bonus
