SERVICE DESK INTERNSHIP (IT) - MIDRAND

Gijima is looking to recruit 5 (FIVE) IT interns to work on their Service Desk, in Midrand.

The criteria is as follows: -

• Candidates must have completed a 3-year tertiary qualification (National diploma, degree, diploma) in IT (i.e. Information Systems, Information Technology, Informatics, Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science)
• Candidates must be computer literate and must be proficient in MS office Suite/Office 365
• Candidates must have NO criminal record
• Candidates must currently be unemployed
• Candidates must not be participating on another learnership or internship program
• Candidates must not be studying at any other institution (including distance learning)
• Candidates must live in the greater Midrand area (relocation is NOT an option)
• Candidates must be under the age of 35 as of 1 May 2026Candidates must be a South African Citizen – African, White, Coloured and Indian

Certifications: -

• CompTIA A+ (International certification)
• Excel certification
• ITIL v3 Foundation Certification (optional but will advantageous)
