About the Role

We are seeking 2 motivated Business Intelligent Specialists to join our client's dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for generating and analyzing data insights to drive business decisions and enhance operational efficiency.

This position is fully office based

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data requirements
• Design and implement dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• Perform data analysis and identify trends to support strategic initiatives
• Provide recommendations to improve data integrity and accuracy
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in business intelligence and data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Education

• 5+ Year’s work experience in data analysis / mining
• 3+ Year’s work experience in BI report writing using SSRS or other BI report and dashboard development tools
• Experience and understanding of financial reporting
• Impressive experience in designing managerial level presentations and reports
• Experience in analysing and carrying out interpretations by utilizing intricate data sets
• Advanced SQL Query writing skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in SSIS or another BI ETL Tool
• 2+ Year’s work experience in data warehouse design
• 2+ Year’s work experience in designing and developing MS SSAS tabular models
• 3+ Years working experience in developing Power BI solutions
• DAX script writing would be an advantage
• C# intermediate experience would be an advantage
• Advanced understanding of data warehousing concepts as described by subject matter thought leaders
• Experience with core web development technologies - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc would be an advantage
• Experience as MS SQL DBA would be an advantage
• Demonstrate skills in generating efficient, reliable working relationships with exco, staff, and customers
• Outstanding skills in finding resolution to complicated problems while performing independently in a multifaceted and dynamic environment
