We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist & SolidWorks Subscription Coordinator at our branch in Centurion, Gauteng.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations while also overseeing the renewal and follow-up processes for our SolidWorks software subscriptions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. An additional task will be to assist with Pre-Sales meeting Admin.
Responsibilities Reception:
  • Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately, take messages where needed and communicate efficiently.
  • Manage incoming inquiries and direct to the correct department.
  • Coordinate subscription related appointments and meetings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Pre-Sales EOS meeting admin for Tuesdays
  • Forecast ALC to management and DS.
  • Target driven and comfortable with KPI measurables.
SolidWorks Subscription Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Monitor upcoming subscription renewals and ensure timely renewals communication for early engagements.
  • Communicate with SolidWorks users regarding subscription updates and changes.
  • Track renewal dates related to software subscriptions and update CRM records
  • Prepare and send Quotations / payment notices to customers.
  • Follow up with internal teams to ensure communication and updates of renewals.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience with SolidWorks software or CAM software (Optional).
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
