Purpose Of The Job:
 
Our client, a well-established Renault Dealership, is seeking an experienced and qualified Passenger Vehicle Renault Technician to join their busy workshop team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repairs on passenger vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards, ensuring the highest levels of workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer specifications
  • Conduct accurate fault-finding and diagnostic assessments using manufacturer-approved diagnostic equipment
  • Repair and replace mechanical, electrical, and electronic components as required
  • Complete vehicle inspections and identify additional repair requirements
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and within allocated labour times
  • Accurately complete job cards, service reports, and workshop documentation
  • Carry out warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
  • Perform quality control checks on completed work
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
  • Adhere to dealership policies, workshop procedures, and health and safety regulations
  • Assist Service Advisors and Workshop Management with technical queries when required
  • Attend manufacturer training and technical development programmes
  • Ensure customer vehicles are always treated with care and professionalism
Requirements:
  • Qualified Motor Vehicle Renault Technician (Red Seal Trade Test Essential)
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a qualified Passenger Vehicle Technician in a Renault dealership environment
  • Strong diagnostic, fault-finding, technical and mechanical abilities
  • Experience working with manufacturer diagnostic equipment
  • Valid driver's licence (essential)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Computer literate
  • Clear criminal record
  • Motor Industry experience Essential!!
