Purpose Of The Job:
A well-established and busy Body Repair Workshop is seeking an experienced Quality Controller to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicle repairs meet the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and manufacturer requirements before vehicles are returned to customers. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent inspection skills, and a commitment to quality.

- Conduct final quality inspections on completed repairs
- Ensure all repairs comply with workshop, manufacturer, and safety standards
- Identify and report any quality issues requiring rectification
- Verify that all repair work has been completed accurately and to specification
- Maintain detailed quality control records and documentation
- Liaise with workshop staff to ensure continuous improvement in repair quality
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workshop environment
- Previous experience as a Quality Controller within a Body Repair Workshop / Panel Shop environment
- Strong knowledge of passenger and commercial vehicle repair processes
- Ability to identify defects, incomplete repairs, and quality concerns
- Excellent attention to detail and high personal standards
- Sound understanding of industry quality and safety standards
- TMS proficiency is essential
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced workshop environment
- Valid driver's licence
