Role: Senior SYSPRO Consultant
Location: Fourways (ideal) /Durban

Our client is a dynamic IT solutions and Managed Services Provider, specialising in ERP systems (particularly as a SYSPRO Premium Partner), Cloud Transitions, and 24/7 IT support.
They are looking for a dynamic Senior SYSPRO Consultant to join their successful team. As a senior resource, you will be responsible for solution architecture, complex problem-solving, project leadership support and customer advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex troubleshooting and escalation resolution
• Act as primary consultant on implementations and upgrades
• Define and validate business process design and solution architecture
• Develop advanced and custom SYSPRO solutions
• Drive GAP analysis and solution alignment across business functions
• Oversee project delivery quality and technical governance
• Mentor and guide junior and intermediate consultants
• Engage with stakeholders at management level
• Identify optimisation and revenue opportunities (new modules, improvements)

Requirements:

• 5+ years SYSPRO consulting experience/similar, configuration and architecture
• Deep ERP and business process knowledge and proven track record of delivering full lifecycle implementations
• Strong client engagement and commercial awareness
• Strong SQL (design, optimisation, troubleshooting)
• Integration design (e.Net, APIs, third-party systems)
• Advanced reporting, BI, and data modelling
• Performance tuning and system health diagnostics
