Provide strong operational leadership across debtors and funder liaison functions, overseeing daily billing workflows, resolving escalated account queries, guiding staff on scheme-specific processes and driving accountability to improve collections performance and protect revenue flow across multiple hospital sites.

• Certificate or Diploma in Finance/Business Administration
• 5 years’ experience in hospital billing, debtors or funder liaison
• Strong understanding of the full patient account lifecycle, from admission to claim settlement
• Experience with RAF, WCA, foreign insurance claims, and third-party recoveries
• Proven leadership ability, staff guidance, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strong attention to detail
