We are seeking a confident and commercially minded Collections Specialist with strong arrears recovery and negotiation experience. This role is ideal for someone who can think independently, manage difficult financial conversations, and drive delinquent home-loan accounts toward meaningful resolution without relying on scripts or constant supervision.

• Certificate qualification, relevant industry experience, or studying towards a degree
• 2–3 years’ collections or arrears recovery experience
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to confidently handle difficult or resistant clients
• Ability to analyse complex repayment situations and determine practical, commercially sound solutions
• High level of accountability, independent thinking, and sound decision-making ability
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in secured lending, home loans, or Section 129 processes is advantageous
• On-site, hands-on role focused on arrears resolution quality rather than call volumes
