An established, operationally focused Manufacturing business with a strong reputation for quality, service and technical expertise offers the chance to take ownership of a broad HR and wages function where practical contribution, professionalism and accountability are genuinely valued. This role brings together weekly/bi-weekly wages administration, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, training coordination and HR administration in a hands-on environment where strong relationships with employees and management matter. It is well suited to an experienced HR generalist who enjoys variety, works confidently with minimal supervision and wants to contribute to a stable business that values teamwork, integrity, safety and continuous improvement.

• HR qualification or equivalent relevant HR training
• Approximately 3-5 years' HR Generalist experience
• Proven experience processing wages payroll independently
• Valid driver's license and experience using HR and payroll systems
• Strong employee relations experience, including disciplinary hearings and grievance handling
• Good knowledge of South African labour legislation, with strong administrative accuracy and confidentiality
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English, spoken and written
