• BTech / BSc / BEng Mechanical Engineering
• 7+ years' Engineering experience
• Strong machine design experience
• Manufacturing / machinery background
• Project management experience
• Strong client-facing ability
• Hands-on, practical engineering mindset
• Integrity and accountability – NON-NEGOTIABLE
• Mechanical and machine design
• Lead projects from concept through manufacturing
• Project management – typically 18 months to 3 years
• Client engagement and technical solutions
• Engineering team leadership
• Material handling and specialised machinery
