Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate standard costs of products
• Analyze variance reports and suggest corrective actions
• Oversee product routings and optimize margins
• Report key performance indicators and financial performance
• Support business planning and forecasting processes
• Monitor expenses and budgeting, including ROI calculations
• Manage Capex process and stock control
• Ensure compliance with governance and ethical standards
• Manage information and data for trend analysis
• Contribute to functional strategy and team leadership

Requirements:

• CIMA, CA (SA), or B.Comm in Accounting with proven track record in Cost/Commercial accounting in manufacturing
• 4-5 years' experience in management/commercial accounting
• Exposure to SAP and margin analysis is beneficial

Skills: Product Costing, Cost Control, Stock Control, Functional Strategy, Information and Data Management
Qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, BCom (Cost & Management)
