Duties and Responsibilities:

• Consideration of Mechanical, Electrical, Millwright or Toolmaker trades
• N3 + completed Trade Test required, diplomas not considered
• Experience in Injection or preferred Blowmoulding manufacturing
• Dayshift with on-call duties, reporting to the Plant Manager
• Own transport essential
• Skills required: excellent English, hands-on approach, process optimization
• Specific skills in production processing and problem-solving
• Minimum 5 years FMCG Manufacturing experience, specializing in extrusion blow moulding
• Machine setup, process optimization, troubleshooting, mould changes, maintenance, and tooling management
• Understanding of HDPE and PP processing characteristics

Skills Required:

• Trade Test: Fitter, Electrician, Millwright, Toolmaker
• Minimum N3 plus Trade Test
• Extrusion Blow Moulding knowledge
• Mould changes and maintenance experience
• Tooling management competency
• Understanding of HDPE and PP Processing
