An international trading company is seeking a commercially driven Salesperson to join its Grain and Chemical Solutions division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, monitoring market trends, and supporting growth across agricultural commodities and chemical products. This role requires a strong understanding of trading environments, supply chains, and market dynamics.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ relevant experience in grain trading, agricultural commodities, chemical products, industrial materials, or a related industry
• Proven sales, business development, trading, or commercial relationship management experience
• Strong understanding of commodity markets, supply chains, and international trade
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen
• Ability to identify market opportunities and respond to changing industry trends
• Fluent in English; Afrikaans proficiency advantageous
• Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
