Salary is market related and negotiable

Minimum requirements:

• B.Com degree beneficial
• LLB degree
• Admitted Attorney
• 3 - 5 years post article experience in Commercial Contracts including leases and financial structures with respect to Loan Agreements
• Experience of Accounting and Tax
• Litigation and general legal experience
• Administration Law - Town Planning Law advantageous but not essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans
