Minimum requirements:

• Source and attract candidates through various channels, from job boards to social media, while keeping an eye out for those hidden gems
• Business Development and must not be shy to talk to strangers over the phone
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' skills and experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative recruitment strategies
• A sense of humor that can brighten up even the dullest of office days (dad jokes and puns are highly encouraged).
• Don’t need recruitment experience, full training will be provided
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines with grace and a sprinkle of lightheartedness
• A contagious positive attitude 
• A team player mentality because we believe in supporting each other through the good times and the bad
