We are seeking a qualified and detail-driven Production Quantity Surveyor to support the implementation and management of the WCGDoI Programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage allocated projects in line with programme and cashflow schedules.
• Draft and review project cashflows and progress reports.
• Oversee procurement and performance of contractors and consultants.
• Administer and manage contracts under JBCC and NEC frameworks.
• Review and endorse contractor payment certificates, PSP invoices, and contract variations.
• Ensure documentation, records, and audit trails are accurate and up to date.
• Support the Programme Manager with project and portfolio reporting.

Minimum requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Professional Registration (PrQS) with SACQSP.
• Minimum 3 years’ post-registration experience within a professional QS consultancy.
• Strong experience in JBCC and NEC contract administration.
• Knowledge of CIDB, PROCSA, and Fee Scales.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, deadline-driven, and ethically focused.
