Position Available: Insurance Litigation Attorney
 
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Insurance Litigation Attorney to join the  dynamic legal team for a Law Firm in Randburg. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling complex insurance disputes and litigation matters.

Salary: R 30,000-R 40,000 ctc based on experience 

Minimum requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in insurance-related litigation, including coverage disputes, bad faith claims, and policy interpretation.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients and colleagues.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration as needed.
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters, experts, and other professionals to build strong cases.

Qualifications:

• LLB degree.
• Minimum of 3-4 years post-articles experience in insurance litigation or related fields.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage +- 400 active files, both high and magistrate court work
• Multi languages would be preferred.
