Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years’ post-qualification experience in Corporate Law, with a strong focus on Mergers & Acquisitions
• Demonstrated experience in drafting, negotiating, and advising on sophisticated commercial transactions
• Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail
• Strong commercial acumen with a solution-driven mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Able to work independently while contributing meaningfully within a collaborative team
