Salary: R10 000 CTC - R20 000 CTC, depending on experience 

Well-established company specialising in the administration of Injury on Duty claims within the medical claims administration field.
The CRM Consultant role focuses on:
  • Client relationship management
  • Client support
  • Client training
  • Operational assistance
The goal is to ensure effective service delivery, strong client retention, and efficient account resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Client Service & Support

  • Provide client service, training, on-site client assistance, and account collection
  • Pre-plan on-site client visits based on analysis of the client book and identified challenges
  • Visit employers and clients who require assistance based on pre-analysis of the book
  • Provide telephonic assistance to resolve accounts and/or claims with outstanding information
  • Complete “visited” client books within 30 days
  • Continuously improve client relationships
  • Conduct regular visits to all new and existing clients as directed by line management
  • Provide on-site registration, training, and related support to clients as directed by management
  • Liaise with Client Relations Line Management on all client-related matters
  • Collect accounts from clients when required
  • Submit weekly written feedback to the Client Relations Manager on:
    • Clients visited
    • Clients trained
    • Accounts collected
    • Enquiries handled
    • Enquiries requiring further assistance

Overall Responsibilities

  • Achieve set targets
  • Add value as a team member and contribute positively to the company
  • Share knowledge and assist with training where needed
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Assist in other areas of the department when required

Ad Hoc Duties

  • Perform ad hoc tasks in line with company objectives as and when required by the company

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

Essential

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Experience in a client relations environment

Advantageous

  • Tertiary qualification
  • Medical claims-related experience

Preferred Skills, Competencies & Personal Traits

  • Computer literate in MS Office:
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Microsoft Word
    • Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Articulate and professional communication style
  • Experience with CompEasy and other funders’ online systems will be beneficial
  • Ability to adapt and learn new skills
  • Strong multitasking ability
  • Ability to work well under pressure
