Job Purpose

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our Pretoria branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, supporting external sales activities, and maintaining strong customer relationships to grow business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to telephonic, email, and walk-in customer enquiries
• Prepare and follow up on quotations
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Support external sales representatives when required
• Assist with tenders and larger projects
• Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
• Achieve sales and service-related KPIs
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records

Minimum Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous internal sales experience essential
• Experience in a technical or industrial environment advantageous
• Strong customer service orientation
• Own reliable transport
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn products
