Retail Sales Consultant – Watches & Timepieces

Salary: Up to R10 000 basic salary negotiable based on experience and current earnings + commission on sales + overtime

Job Overview

Seeking an experienced Retail Sales Consultant with a strong background in watch sales. Candidates must have previous experience selling established watch brands such as Tissot, Seiko, Citizen, or similar. The ideal candidate will be sales-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable with both retail sales and administrative duties within a retail environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience within the watch industry is non-negotiable
• Experience with brands such as Tissot, Seiko, Citizen, or similar
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Retail administration experience including:
  • Stock taking
  • Stock receipting
  • POS systems
  • Daily sales processes
• Team player with a professional and well-presented approach
• Comfortable working retail trading hours

Working Hours

• Retail trading hours across 7 days a week
• One day off per week
• One full weekend off per month
• During the weekend-off week, no additional weekday off applies

Remuneration

• Basic salary up to R10 000 negotiable depending on experience
• Commission on sales
• Overtime paid where applicable

• Able to work well within a team environment
