Facilities Manager
Location: Durban - New Germany
Salary: R30 000 CTC per month, depending on experience.

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of building maintenance, security, cleaning, and essential services. The successful candidate will ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment while coordinating contractors, managing facilities staff, and handling emergency or security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric / equivalent qualification
• Health & Safety accreditation
• 3–5 years’ facilities management experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Security Manager
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Computer literate (MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cleaning, maintenance, security, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Oversee building maintenance and facility operations
• Coordinate renovations and maintenance projects
• Handle emergency responses and security callouts
• Ensure premises are opened and locked correctly
