- Admitted Attorney
- Post Admission experience is required
- Proven experience handling Foreclosure matters from inception to finalisation
- Strong knowledge of Foreclosure processes, High Court litigation and banking Litigation
- Experience drafting summonses, affidavits, default judgments and execution applications
- Knowledge of the National Credit Act and relevant Foreclosure legislation
- Ability to manage high-volume Foreclosure files independently
- Experience liaising with banks, sheriffs, correspondents and clients
- Strong court appearance and Litigation management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal management systems
- Strong administrative, drafting and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
