Senior Road Accident Fund Consultant Attorney

Salary: Depending on years of experience

Minimum requirements:

• Admitted Attorney with substantial experience in Road Accident Fund matters.
• Proven ability to manage RAF files independently from inception to finalisation.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and progressing Road Accident Fund claims.
• Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Engaging with clients, experts, counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Preparing matters for trial and settlement negotiations.

Providing strategic advice and recommendations on RAF matters
