Market-related

Minimum requirements:

• Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects relating to court processes and civil litigation. Public sector experience will be an added advantage.
• Ability to draft contracts, affidavits and pleadings and researching law and opinions
• Experience appearing in various forums (court/regulatory/labour)
• Competency contributing to business development initiatives
• Excellent communication and client relations skills
