Accessories Manager – Pretoria South

Are you passionate about motorcycles, boats, quads, side-by-sides, and premium accessories? We're looking for an experienced Accessories Manager to lead a dynamic accessories department, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Location: Pretoria South
Position: Permanent
Salary: R15 000 - R20 000, depending on experience +
Commission structure of 10% of GP

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Previous experience managing an accessories, parts, or retail department within the automotive, motorcycle, marine, or powersports industry
• Strong sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to achieve targets
• Experience in stock control, inventory management, and merchandising
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management abilities
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team
• Computer literate with dealership or inventory management systems
• Valid driver's licence

Key Responsibilities

• Drive accessories sales and maximise profitability
• Promote add-on sales with every vehicle purchase
• Work closely with the sales team to package accessories with new and used vehicle sales
• Provide expert product advice and ensure outstanding customer service
• Manage inventory, stock levels, stock counts, and slow-moving items
• Maintain an attractive, well-merchandised showroom
• Source quality products and build strong supplier relationships
• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the accessories team
• Monitor department performance and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit targets
