Salary : R35,000ctc

Growing IT Services Providerm, is seeking an Experienced IT Support Engineer to join their team

Minimum requirements:

• 4+ years' IT support experience
• Previous MSP/Outsourced IT support experience highly advantageous
• CompTIA A+ and N+ (advantageous)
• Strong experience with:
• WHM/cPanel Hosting experience (advantageous)
• FortiGate Firewall experience (advantageous)
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
• Able to work independently and manage multiple client environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote and occasional onsite IT support
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 environments
• Maintain Windows Server and Active Directory
• Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure
• Support Hyper-V/Proxmox virtualization
• Manage hosting environments (WHM/cPanel)
• Assist with firewall administration and cybersecurity
• Maintain accurate client documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Participate in occasional after-hours server maintenance
