Sales Executive – South Africa
Location: JHB
Salary: R35 000 - R40 000 CTC, depending on experience.
+ 30% commission + medical aid + pension
Looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to support the growth of our portfolio of market-leading exhibitions.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded individual who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and delivering strong sales performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive exhibition and sponsorship sales through new business development and account management.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new exhibitors while growing existing client relationships.
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings, networking, and industry events to generate new business.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale account management.
- Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, contracts, floorplans, and exhibitor records.
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Promote the company's events and brand through networking and social platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Identify partnership opportunities with industry associations to expand market reach.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven B2B sales or exhibition sales experience with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Hunter mentality with a passion for business development and winning new clients.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong administrative skills with experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Commercially driven with the ability to identify and convert opportunities into revenue.
- Team player who collaborates effectively while taking ownership of individual sales targets.
- Willingness to travel and attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events as required.
