Seeking an experienced Professional Quantity Surveyor (Pr. QS) to manage and oversee quantity surveying functions across construction projects.

- Manage project costs, budgets and financial reporting.
- Prepare BOQs, tenders, valuations and payment certificates.
- Manage contracts, variations, claims and final accounts.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and project teams.
- Monitor project progress, costs and commercial performance.
- BSc/BTech in Quantity Surveying.
- Professional registration with SACQSP (Pr. QS).
- 5+ years’ relevant construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management.
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant QS software.
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport.
