FLEET CONTROLLER – FMCG
📍 Middelburg, Mpumalanga
A leading logistics company is looking for a hands-on Fleet Controller with strong administrative and technical skills to manage fleet operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Salary: Market Related

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric essential
• Diploma/Certificate in Logistics or Supply Chain advantageous
• 3–5 years’ fleet or logistics control experience
• FMCG or high-volume distribution experience preferred
• Strong Excel and computer skills
• Experience with fleet management systems/GPS tracking
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate vehicle schedules, routes and deliveries
• Monitor fleet movements, GPS and vehicle performance
• Manage fuel usage, maintenance, repairs and compliance
• Maintain accurate fleet records and reports
• Coordinate and support drivers
• Monitor costs, identify efficiencies and reduce downtime
• Liaise with warehouse, dispatch and sales teams
