Litigation Attorney 
Location: Sandton, Gauteng
Salary: R40,000 – R55,000 CTC

A highly respected and fast-growing law firm is seeking to appoint a strong Litigation Attorney to join their expanding Recoveries division.

Minimum Requirements

• LLB degree and Admitted Attorney
• 3+ years’ post-admission experience
• Strong experience in Recoveries / Collections
• Experience specifically within secured lending
• Strong litigation experience
• Experience handling matters from inception through to judgment and execution
• Good knowledge of post-judgment and execution processes
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
• Good computer literacy and Excel skills
