Attorney
Location: Sandton, Gauteng
Salary: R40,000 – R55,000 CTC

A highly respected and fast-growing law firm is seeking to appoint a strong Attorney to join their expanding Recoveries division.

Minimum Requirements

• LLB degree and Admitted Attorney
• 3+ years’ experience in Recoveries / Collections
• Strong experience specifically in secured lending
• Litigation experience within a recoveries environment
• Experience managing matters from inception through to judgment and execution
• Good understanding of post-judgment and execution processes
• Strong drafting and legal skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
