Tracing Agent
Sandton, Gauteng
Salary: R15,000 – R18,000ctc

A well-established and growing professional services firm is looking for an experienced Tracing Agent to join their team in Sandton.
This is a specialised tracing position focused on locating and verifying debtors using credit bureau information, tracing platforms, investigative tools and other available data sources.

This is NOT a general Call Centre or Collections position.

Minimum Requirements

• 2–3 years’ dedicated tracing experience
• Proven experience in debtor tracing / skip tracing
• Experience tracing individuals and/or businesses
• Hands-on experience working with credit bureau information and tracing databases
• Experience using CPB, XDS and other credit bureau / tracing platforms
• Experience with ITC / credit bureau searches
• Ability to interpret and analyse credit bureau information
• Experience tracing addresses, contact details, employment and other relevant information
• Strong investigative and research skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tracing targets
