Senior Tracing Agent
Sandton, Gauteng
Salary: R18,000 – R22,000ctc

A well-established and growing professional services firm is looking for an experienced Senior Tracing Agent to join their team in Sandton.
This is a specialised tracing position focused on locating and verifying debtors using credit bureau information, tracing platforms, investigative tools and other available data sources.

This is NOT a general Call Centre or Collections position.

Minimum Requirements

• 3–5 years’ dedicated tracing experience
• Strong proven experience in debtor tracing / skip tracing
• Experience tracing individuals and businesses
• Strong hands-on experience working with credit bureau information and tracing databases
• Experience using CPB, XDS and other credit bureau / tracing platforms
• Strong experience conducting ITC / credit bureau searches
• Ability to analyse and interpret complex credit bureau information
• Experience tracing addresses, contact details, employment, businesses and other relevant information
• Strong investigative, analytical and research skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and consistently deliver accurate tracing results
