Junior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape
Salary: Negotiable | Permanent

A well-established company is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Stellenbosch.

Requirements:

• Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying – Essential
• 0–2 years’ Quantity Surveying experience
• Good knowledge of construction and cost management
• Strong Excel/MS Office skills
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with BOQs, cost estimates and tenders
• Quantity measurements and valuations
• Cost monitoring and reporting
• Assist with variations, claims and final accounts
• Contract administration and general QS duties
