Professional Architect

Location: Cape Town
Salary: Negotiable | Permanent

A well-established company is looking for a Professional Architect to join their team in Cape Town.

Requirements:

• Professional Architect registered with SACAP – Essential
• B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent qualification
• Relevant architectural experience
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or relevant design software
• Strong design, technical and project management skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage architectural designs and documentation
• Prepare drawings, specifications and presentations
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
• Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations and standards
• Assist with project coordination and administration
