My Client in the UK an established e-commerce retail company dedicated to providing excellent service and high-quality products to our customers. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Dutch-speaking Customer Care Agent to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch (C1-C2 level) and proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, or retail is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
  • Ability to multitask and use multiple systems efficiently.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier customer support via email, live chat, and phone in Dutch and English.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, product details, shipping, returns, and refunds.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring quick and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Process and track orders while coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary.
  • Support the team in optimising customer service processes and improving customer experience.
