We are looking for a Wheat Miller with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to train and supervise a team and a solid understanding of milling processes, quality assurance and safety systems. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, forward-thinking and committed to work value and ethics.

This position is based in Bloemfontein. 

Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate of equivalent to NQF4.
• SAGMA or GMF  Accredited qualification.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Miller, specifically with Wheat.
• Full spectrum Grain experience
• Valid RSA driver's licence and own transport
• Willingness to work shifts

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure optimal functionality of milling equipment.
• Oversee and control milling processes to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure product standards are met consistently.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure machine reliability.
