Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate of equivalent to NQF4.
• 5 Year's Managerial experience.
• Valid RSA driver's licence with own reliable  transport.
• Excellent People Relationship Management.
• Knowledge regarding IOS Standards.

Advantageous:  5 Year's Customer Service experience in an animal feed industry.
Knowledge within the animal feed production industry.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in a high volume, and fast-paced monogastric and ruminant environment.
• Produce products in accordance with strict adherence to company's policies and procedures.
• Improve line productivity (OEE) by analysing line performances and taking the necessary action.
